B.Sc. & MSc in Banking and Finance degree from International Islamic University Islamabad and International Islamic University Malaysia, with Economic and management knowledge experiences, and creative ideas. Currently, Ph.D (Economics) candidate at Ibn Haldun. In addition to this, I am highly motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment and who has the ability to sustain optimism and drive in the face of adversity.
In my last role as a trainee for the Afghanistan Institute of banking and finance supported by the State bank of Afghanistan, I was responsible for the training of staff from local and international banks and other institutions staff in different fields such as AML/ CFT compliance, Project management, Production management, Professional engineering management, Operation management, Change management, management, and leadership skills, Organizational Behavior, Total quality management, Risk Management, Bank Operation, Financial statement analysis, soft skills, IELTS and TOEFL, I gained much regarding the duties of the concerned area. It is a busy and demanding job that I was doing, and one that requires me to successfully hire, train, develop and supervise staff.
