This course introduces the fundamental properties of reservoir fluids (oil, natural
gas, formation water), fluid properties include the composition of hydrocarbons,
phase behavior of hydrocarbon systems, types of reservoir fluids, properties
of oil-phase, gas-phase, and water-phase at reservoir pressures and
temperatures, gas-liquid equilibrium (flash and differential vaporization),
and gas-liquid equilibrium calculations.
